Seoul Sweets is a modern Korean rice cake dessert cafe on 5th Avenue in NYC's Koreatown, a pioneer of modern Korean rice cake desserts in New York. Our signature Ssal cakes are made from rice flour instead of wheat, so they're naturally gluten-free, but light and delicate. Not the dense, chewy Tteok you might expect. That surprise is the whole point. Come try our Ssal cake flavors like Injeolmi, Black Sesame, Mango, Matcha, and Strawberry, plus traditional treats like Ju-ak and Yak-gwa, Matcha Einspanners, Bingsu and Korean teas, all in a beautiful two-floor space in the heart of Koreatown.
